Chicken Pizza Dough

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground chicken
  • 1 large pasture-raised egg
  • 2 Tbsp cassava flour or All Purpose GF Flour
  • 1/2-1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2-1 Tablespoon dried herbs pick which one you prefer
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • Tomato/Marinara sauce
  • Toppings of your choice!

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF/220ºC and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine ground chicken, flour, egg and spices in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Transfer to parchment lined baking sheet and form into a round thin crust about 11 inches in diameter using hands or a greased rolling pin.
  4. Bake chicken crust for 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
  5. While it's cooking, prepare your favorite toppings.
  6. Remove crust from oven and top with tomato sauce. Arrange your toppings and transfer to oven for 10 minutes longer.
  7. Slice pizza into triangles. Serve hot.
