Preheat oven to 425ºF/220ºC and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine ground chicken, flour, egg and spices in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Transfer to parchment lined baking sheet and form into a round thin crust about 11 inches in diameter using hands or a greased rolling pin.
Bake chicken crust for 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
While it's cooking, prepare your favorite toppings.
Remove crust from oven and top with tomato sauce. Arrange your toppings and transfer to oven for 10 minutes longer.
Slice pizza into triangles. Serve hot.
