Sweet Potato Brownies

Its so simple, only 4 ingredients. On top of that it has NO flour, NO diary and NO refined sugar.

cups/500g cooked sweet potato

cup/50g cacao powder

cup/225g nut butter

cup/120g maple syrup
Method
Set oven to 350°F/180°C.
Mix it all in a food processor until smooth.
Spread into an oven tray, about 20x20 cm.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 12-15 min.
