Sweet Potato Brownies

If you have a dessert craving but want to stay on the healthy side, this recipe is a must!
Its so simple, only 4 ingredients. On top of that it has NO flour, NO diary and NO refined sugar.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups/500g cooked sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup/50g cacao powder
  • 1 cup/225g nut butter
  • 1/2 cup/120g maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Set oven to 350°F/180°C.
  2. Mix it all in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Spread into an oven tray, about 20x20 cm.
  4. Bake in the middle of the oven for 12-15 min.
