Chicken Fillet in Spicy Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb/500 g chicken fillet
  • 30 g butter
  • 4 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 cup/200 ml cream
  • 1 cup/100 g Parmesan grated
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter/ghee/coconut oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Season the chicken fillets with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the fillets until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  2. Prepare the sauce: Melt butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Add cream to the skillet and stir well. Add Parmesan and stir until the cheese is melted.
  4. Return the cooked chicken fillets to the skillet and heat them in the sauce.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
