Keto Bagel Bites

Really craving a bagel but looking for a simple (and gluten free) alternative?
Then give these a try!
Recipe for 6 bagel bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup/100 grams almond flour
  • 1/2 cup/140 grams of greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Bagel seasoning

Method
 

  1. Set oven to 400°F/200°C.
  2. Mix flour, yoghurt and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Kneed into 6 bite size balls.
  4. Roll them in the seasoning.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Notes

If dough feel a bit sticky and hard to shape, try add a little more almond flour.
