Homemade Naked Bars

For these recipes you will need a food processor.

Ingredients
  

Raspberry Muffin
  • 350 grams of pitted dates
  • 90 grams cashews
  • 60 grams almonds
  • 90 grams raisins can be excluded and simply add more dates instead
  • 12 grams freeze dried raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Carrot Cake
  • 290 grams of pitted dates
  • 120 grams walnuts
  • 60 grams almonds
  • 30 grams cashew nut butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated carrot
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Salted Peanut Caramel
  • 320 grams of pitted dates
  • 85 grams cashews
  • 115 grams raisins
  • 85 grams organic peanut butter no sugar
  • 4 grams sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon natural caramel flavor

Method
 

  1. Pour all the ingredients into the food processor.
  2. Blend until it's a sticky mixture.
  3. Put some parchment paper in a loaf pan and scoop up the mixture.
  4. Spread it inside the loaf pan until it's a fairly even layer.
  5. Put in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
  6. Cut into the sizes you want and store in the fridge in a covered jar.
